Carlota de Cafe – Coffee Ice Box Cake
Hello friends today we are making a Coffee Ice Box Cake, or better known as a Carlota de Cafe in Spanish. This dessert is a no bake dessert that comes together in about 30 minutes and is delicious to bring to a potluck or a family holiday party.

1 block of cream cheese
1 can of sweetened condensed milk
1 cup water
2 teaspoons of instant cold coffee
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
2 teaspoons of vanilla
3 cups of heavy whipping cream
3 packs of chocolate galletas Maria

Directions
- Add room temperature cream cheese to a mixing bow and 1 can of sweetened condensed milk, mix on medium to high speed until cream cheese and condensed milk incorporate
- Set aside and dissolve 2 teaspoons of cold coffee in a cup of water. Add this mixture into the sweetened condensed and cream cheese mixture. Mix until everything dissolves and incorporates.
- Add in cinnamon and vanilla to mixture. Mix on medium speed until everything combines.
- Slowly add in heavy whipping cream and mix on medium to high speed for approximately 10 minutes.
- Add in a dollop of cream onto your baking dish. and spread it in your baking dish. Add one even layer of cookies throughout the entire dish. Add another dollop of cream and spread, line with cookies evenly and repeat until you reach the top of your dish.
- The last layer should be cream, put a small amount of cocoa powder onto a small strainer and dust the top to decorate.
- Place dessert in the refrigerator for 4 hours or overnight.
