Cookie Decorating 101 | Cookie Packaging

When I started offering decorated cookies on my menu I was completely lost on how to package them. My first cookies were packaged on top of each other in a brown bakery box. The cookies smeared and the royal icing stuck to the cookie that was on top of it. Although I do blame myself for this and not the box, I was a beginner and didn’t know about proper drying and packaging of cookies. So today I want to share a few of the boxes that I love for packaging cookies. They are all different price points and serve different purposes depending on how many cookies you’re packaging.

Window Boxes

My favorite place to get window boxes is from BRP Box Shop. They offer a wide range of bakery and food boxes, from pizza boxes, to cake and cookie boxes. This is where I usually get all my boxes, and if you haven’t tried them before they have an option to get samples for a small price and you can choose what boxes you want to sample. Here are some of my favorites.
