Strawberry Roll Out Cookie Dough
Hi friends! I made a strawberry cookie dough with the new Nestly Tollhouse Pink & Blue Unicorn Vanilla Morsels. At first I thought it would be a great success, however! I think that for my liking it’s a bit too sweet. I will list the ingredients below and don’t forget to watch my tutorial to see exactly how I made my dough.

Ingredients
1 box strawberry instant pudding
1 CUP unsalted butter (at room temp)
1 LARGE egg
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 1/4 CUPS POWDERED SUGAR
1/2 tsp La Vencedora Mexican Vanilla
1 TBSP Amoretti Strawberry Compound
3 1/2 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
Pink Food Coloring (optional)
1 CUP Nestle Tollhouse Unicorn Pink & Blue Vanilla Morsels
Directions
- Place all of these ingredients into your mixing bowl and mix for approximately 5 minutes until the mixture becomes fluffy and grainy
- whisk all the dry ingredients in a bowl and then add them to the butter mixture. Make sure to mix the dough for approximately 5-7 minutes until all the ingredients come together and the batter doesn’t stick to your mixing bowl.
- You can use your dough immediately, or you can also store it for later use.
- Preheat your oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit
- To roll out the cookies place a piece of parchment paper on a flat surface, sprinkle it with powdered sugar. Use wooden guides to help you roll out your cookies evenly. Place a second piece of parchment paper on top of your cookie dough, and begin to roll until your dough reaches the desired thickness.
- To remove the cookies, dip an offset spatula into some powdered sugar and gently wiggle the spatula under the cookie. Transfer the cookies onto a prepared baking sheet.
- Bake your cookies for 12 minutes to get soft cookies or 15 minutes for crispy edges and soft insides.
