Sugar Sheet Cake
The latest cake trend and today I’m demystifying it for you!

Process
- In a bowl: add sugar + 5 tablespoons corn syrup + CMC powder (or xylose powder)
- Mix until your obtain a grainy gel like consistency
- Spray your flex frost sheet with water or Paper Potion from Icing Images, this will help your mixture to stick to the sheet.
- Spread your sugar mixture onto the flex frost sheet, use a non-stick mat on top and a rolling pin to help you roll this a bit flatter
- Dehydrate at 100 F for 30 minutes, if you don’t have a dehydrator you can use a blow dryer to dry your sheet
